Overview

Translational Sciences Corporation (TSC) was formed to translate medical and informatics academic research software into commercial FDA market-cleared products. Our first product, OncoTrac™, is software that provides cancer care clinical specialists and researchers with a complete system for quantitatively assessing patient and study subject response to chemotherapy.

OncoTrac™

Comprehensive Software for Objective Evaluation of Tumor Response

OncoTrac™ is comprehensive enterprise software that systematizes and simplifies the workflow actions needed to produce high quality objective tumor response assessments. OncoTrac™ for Clinical Research is a comprehensive research tool which allows for organizing, measuring, and reporting objective quantified assessments for clinical trials. Subject assessment data are integrated into existing research workflows, thereby providing capabilities comparable to those performed at core imaging laboratories in support of drug applications. OncoTrac™ for Clinical Care is our US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) 510k market cleared product which has been designed to provide a vendor-neutral addition to your current Picture and Archive Communications System (PACS), thereby allowing radiologists to provide their oncology referrers and their patients with standardized assessments, usable information, and readily understandable reports. Quantitative Imaging

"Quantitative imaging is the extraction of quantifiable features from medical images for the assessment of normal or the severity, degree of change, or status of a disease, injury, or chronic condition relative to normal. Quantitative imaging includes the development, standardization, and optimization of anatomical, functional, and molecular imaging acquisition protocols, data analyses, display methods, and reporting structures. These features permit the validation of accurately and precisely obtained image-derived metrics with anatomically and physiologically relevant parameters, including treatment response and outcome, and the use of such metrics in research and patient care."
